Your rights — by region

European Union & United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR)

• Right of access — copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten").
• Right to restriction or objection to processing.
• Right to data portability.
• Right to withdraw consent at any time.
• Right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

California, USA (CCPA / CPRA)

• Right to know what categories of personal information are collected, sources, purposes, and recipients.
• Right to access and delete your personal information.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information.
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

Türkiye (KVKK — Law No. 6698)

• Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme.

Brazil (LGPD)

• Confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, and deletion.
• Portability and information about sharing.
• Withdrawal of consent and review of automated decisions.

Other jurisdictions

If your country has equivalent law (PIPEDA — Canada, PIPL — China, APPI — Japan, POPIA — South Africa, etc.), the same rights generally apply. Contact us and we will honor your request to the extent required by applicable law.

Conversation history stored on your device

So you can come back later and re-open job listings you searched before, yeni.world stores your recent search queries in a first-party cookie on your own device (named yeni_chats). This history:

• is kept on your device and retained for up to 3 months (90 days); older entries expire and are removed automatically;
• contains only the search text you typed and a timestamp — no account is required;
• can be deleted by you at any time via the “Delete conversations” button in the left menu of the chat, or by clearing your browser cookies;
• is fully covered by your right to erasure / deletion under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, KVKK and LGPD.

How to exercise your rights

Send an e-mail to [email protected] from the address linked to your usage. Include the right you wish to exercise and any details that help us locate your data (browser session id from localStorage, approximate dates, IP range if known). We respond within 30 days; complex requests may take up to 90 days under GDPR/CCPA rules.

Identity verification

To prevent unauthorized disclosure we may ask for minimal proof that the request comes from you. We will not collect more identifiers than necessary.

No retaliation

Exercising your data rights will not result in degraded service, restricted access, or any form of discrimination.

Authorized agent

In California you may use an authorized agent. Provide a signed authorization and we will verify it directly with you.

Supervisory authorities

You can complain to your local data-protection authority — for example: ICO (UK), CNIL (France), BfDI (Germany), AEPD (Spain), Garante (Italy), AP (Netherlands), KVKK (Türkiye), California Privacy Protection Agency (USA-CA), ANPD (Brazil).
