This Privacy Policy describes how Cormsor LLC ("we", "us") collects and processes personal data when you use yeni.world ("the Service"). It is written to comply with the GDPR (EU/UK), the CCPA/CPRA (California), the KVKK (Türkiye), and equivalent global data protection frameworks.

2. Data we collect

• Provided by you: profile info you optionally enter (role, years of experience, city). Stored in your browser's localStorage and transmitted with each chat request.
• Automatically: IP address, user agent, language, request timestamps. Used for abuse prevention, language detection, and aggregate analytics.
• Chat content: the messages you send to the assistant. Stored to operate the Service and improve answer quality.
• Cookies: a session cookie for chat continuity, and a conversation-history cookie (yeni_chats) that keeps your recent search queries on your device for up to 3 months so you can re-open earlier listings. No advertising trackers.

3. Purposes & legal bases

• Provide the Service (contract performance) — chat with the AI assistant and search live job listings.
• Personalize results based on your profile (consent — you can clear it any time).
• Security, fraud and abuse prevention (legitimate interest).
• Comply with applicable law (legal obligation).

4. Third-party processors

• Anthropic, PBC — Claude API (chat responses). Data sent: your messages and the live job context.
• Adzuna Ltd — job search API. Data sent: search query, country.
• Brave Search — search fallback. Data sent: search query, country.
• DeepL SE — translation. Data sent: short translation requests (when used).
• Cloudflare, Inc. — CDN and DNS. Sees IP, request metadata.

5. International transfers

Data may be processed in the US, EU, or UK. Where applicable we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms.

6. Retention

Chat logs are retained for up to 90 days for service operation and abuse review, then deleted or anonymized. Profile data lives only in your browser until you clear it. Your conversation history (recent search queries) is stored only on your device in the yeni_chats cookie for up to 3 months and then expires automatically; you can delete it at any time with the “Delete conversations” button in the chat or by clearing cookies.

7. Your rights

Subject to your jurisdiction, you may request: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Contact [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g., your national DPA, the California AG, or the KVKK in Türkiye).

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly process their personal data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates are published on this page with a revised date.
